This cemetery is owned and very well maintained by the Village of Freeportand it is still being used for burials. The records were first published fromrecords, which were compiled by the Hastings Barry CountyHistorical/Genealogical Society in 1997. Ruth McMonigle and Sara Colburn walkedthe cemetery in 2006. Update in November 2009
