Barryville Cemetery began in the mid 1800s, judging from the listing below. Itis now owned and maintained by Castleton Township and it is still active. It islocated on M-79, East of Hastings. Information was gathered by Ruth McMonigleand Sara Colburn, revising the 1999 reading. We walked the cemetery, added thenew burials and collected information from the county records and newspapers inJuly of 2005. Updated in Oct 2009.
